HAINES CITY | Retricia Richardson scored a hat trick and Auburndale High School's girls soccer team cruised to a 6-2 victory over Ridge Community High School on Friday night.

Ashley Greene put the Bolts (8-8-1) ahead 1-0 in the 25th minute, but the lead was shortlived.

Less than a minute later, Richardson got behind the Ridge defense and scored her first goal.

In the 26th minute, Richardson once again got to the goal and lofted a shot over the goalkeeper's head for her second goal in less than a minute.

"We didn't have her for the first five games this season," Auburndale coach Steve Linamen said. "She's just now getting back to 100 percent." more
