First team

Samantha Perretty, American Heritage, goalkeeper, Junior

Allowed only 13 goals the entire season and was a big reason for the Stallions' post-season success.

Gilda Doria, King's Academy,

midfielder, Junior

One of the top midfielders in the state finished in the top 5 in the area in points and helped lead the Lions to the state final four.

Jenny Weil, Boca Raton Christian,

midfielder, Senior

Despite facing constant double- and triple- teams, Jenny still was able to finish with 25 goals and 11 assists.

Gaby Gusman, Cardinal Newman,

midfielder, Senior

Despite being the main focus of the opposing defenses, Gusman still finished with 33 points in only 19 regular-season games.

Laura Weinberg, St. Andrew's,

forward, Junior

After a slow start, one of the highest-regarded players in the state finished the regular season with 33 goals and eight assists to lead the Scots to the Class 3A state final four.

Andrea Jefferson, King's Academy,

forward, Junior

Jefferson moved up from defense to score 29 regular-season goals and finished second in the area with 64 points.

Tatiana Penagos, American Heritage, forward, Freshman

Including the playoffs, she finished with 38 goals and 23 assists.

Miranda Fyfe, American Heritage,

defender, Sophomore

One of the anchors on the Stallions' defense, she also contributed six goals and six assists on offense.

Morgan Currie, Pope John Paul II,

defender, Junior

Anchored one of the strongest defenses in the state, which had 11 shutouts and a goals- against average of just .76 per game.

Melissa Bergstein, American Heritage, defender, Sophomore

One of the top defenders in the area also had five goals and three assists.

Emily Brockway, St. Andrew's,

defender, Senior

Was the key defender on the Scots team that reached the state final four. She also contributed four goals and three assists.
