Ocala will play host to a major youth soccer tournament
next month, drawing teams from all over the southeastern United States.
Robert Miles, Florida state director of USSSA Soccer and
coach of the under-12 Ocala Lightning girls team, announced this week that
the 2009 USSSA Soccer Southeast Regional Tournament will be held at the
Ocala Regional Sportsplex near West Port High School on Jan. 24 and 25.
