Bulls Wrap Up Spring Soccer, Awards Announced

TAMPA- The University of South Florida women's soccer team recently wrapped up their spring schedule as the Bulls played the University of Florida to a 2-2 tie in Melbourne, FL at the Ovarian Cancer Awareness event.

Rising sophomores Chelsea Klotz and Noelle Pineiro accounted for the USF goals in the first half of action. Rising senior Mallori Lofton-Malachi played the first half between the posts and stone walled the Gator attack, holding them scoreless. Both of the UF goals came in the second half.

This spring, head coach Denise Schilte-Brown challenged her players with two on-going competitions. The first competition was based on competitive points. Redshirt Freshman Bahar Sanar and junior Angelique Waller top home the honors in the competition. The second competition was a one on one competition.
