There is a seriousness about the Buchholz girls soccer team and what they
have accomplished as a program.
The Bobcats are tied for second in the state for most regional tournament
appearances with 22, having advanced to the postseason in each of the last
nine years. Buchholz has also lost just one match to a city school in the
last 12 years.
This season Buchholz is 15-1-1, which includes winning
its division title at the Capital City Classic and at last weekend’s
Bobcat Invitational, which it hosted.
The Bobcats will also be shooting for their third straight district
title when the District 1-6A tournament starts on Jan. 20th.
